The Alto Adige Cabernet Riserva is a sophisticated blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and
30% Cabernet Franc. This wine boasts a dark ruby red color and entices with aromas of dark
berries and cassis, complemented by spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is powerful and
elegant, with complex, tannic, and spicy undertones. It pairs perfectly with red meat, venison,
and pot roast, best enjoyed at a temperature of 16-18°C.
